Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and I totally understand. Out of respect for my time and waiting clients, I kindly ask for 24 hours noticed if you need to cancel or reschedule your visit.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of scheduled service cost. Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 100% of scheduled service cost.
Running late? Please text or call as soon as possible. If you’re more than 15 minutes late I may need to adjust your service or reschedule.
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Thank you so much for respecting my time and supporting my business.
